Mr. Kwasi Appiagyei Asiamah-MBA, MSC
Kwasi has an outstanding expertise in Accountancy, Finance, Banking and Information Technology Security and Auditing.
He has over 15 years’ experience in corporate governance, risk management, Internal Auditing and ICT Auditing in the banking and finance industry, Public institutions, NGO’s and Management Consultancy in different local and foreign companies.
Kwasi has strong analytical and problem solving skills, which is vital in providing cutting-edge solutions to our clients.
Mr. Appiagyei holds an MBA in Finance, and Msc. in Computer Systems Auditing from the London Metropolitan University.

Mr. Philip Amoako Boafo FCCA, MBA
Mr. Philip Boafo is a fellow of the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (ACCA), UK. He is a seasoned internal auditor and Finance Specialist with over 17 years extensive working experience in financial management, Internal Auditing, and Risk Management within the Private and Public Services across various industries in the UK, Ghana and other African countries.
He was the Head of Audit for UT Holdings (Ghana) where he managed internal audit function and ERM across UT’s seven (7) subsidiaries. Philip worked as a Finance Manager (Africa Operations) for Canadian Parliamentary Centre, Chief Internal Auditor for Goldfields Ghana Ltd, and Head of Internal Control and audit for the First African Group of Companies.
Philip also worked in the UK as a Client Service Executive for Ernst and Young in the Business Risks Services unit. His client portfolio included Man Group Plc, Sony Europe, Rio Tinto, NEC, SKF, Hyperion, DTI, Shell, Nortel, Mitsui and other global companies.
He has worked as an Internal Auditor for Audit Commission (UK), Deloitte & Touche (UK), Human Fertilisation and Embryological Authority (HFEA) and Marie Curie (UK).
He consulted for the World University Service of Canada (WUSC) as Public Finance Specialist under the Ghana Education Decentralisation Project (GEDP). He was also the Lead Consultant under a USAID project aimed to provide capacity building support and orientation for key MOE/GES staff on ICT, Change Management, Financial Management and Leadership Skills.

Mr. Boafo holds an FCCA (Fellow, Certified Chartered Accountant) certificate (UK), and an MBA in Finance from the University of Leicester (UK).

Mr. Garnet Prah – Arthur MBA, LLM, BA Hons
Garnet Prah-Arthur’s career experience is immense and is marked by his involvement with very high profile global organisations in Ghana and in the UK. He has a wealth of knowledge of the financial markets and investments having traded on the stock markets with Halifax and Barclays stockbrokers since 2008. He started his career right after his first degree undertaking a national service and working as a Materials Planner at AngloGold Ashanti (then Ashanti Goldfields Company Ltd).
He worked with KPMG as a Management and Audit advisor.
In the UK, he worked with the Delbau and Co, Accounting and Management Consultants as a Management and Financial consultant. He then proceeded to work with Pakaf Jubilee Services Ltd as the Director for Finance and Administration.
Between 2011 and 2014 Garnet Prah-Arthur was the Finance as well as the Strategic Initiatives Director for the International Business and Diplomatic Exchange (IBDE), Garnet Prah-Arthur has been a managing partner of GS Apex Ltd, management consultants in the UK.
He is also licenced by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) of the UK as an Independent Financial Advisor to provide financial advice to businesses and individuals in the UK.
Garnet Prah-Arthur was appointed Director of Strategic Planning and Initiatives at the African University College of Communications (AUCC) in 2014. He is a part-time lecturer in Company Law, Strategic Management and Operations Management at the Sam E. Jonah School of Business. Garnet is a member of the SAP University Alliances faculty and lectures on ERP. He is also the Enterprise Systems Education for Africa (ESEFA) coordinator for Ghana and one of 2 coordinators for the West African Sub region.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts honours in Economics and History from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST)-Ghana, an MBA in finance from the University of Leicester (UK) and a Master of Law (LLM) with specialization in Oil and Gas Law from the Robert Gordon University in Scotland. Currently he is undertaking a PhD in Law (researching the area of Oil and Gas Law and Management in Ghana) at the Institute of Advanced Legal Studies (IALS) of the School of Advanced Studies (SAS), University of London.

Mr Albert Hammond Essiful, FCCA, MBA
Albert has extensive experience in the professional practices of auditing, accounting, and taxation. He was the Senior Manager, Audit for Kwame Asante & Associates, Chartered Accountants & Management Consultants (Accra) where he supervised statutory audits for clients such as the Ghana National Gas Company (GNGC), Volta Lake Transport Ltd (VLTC), National Petroleum Authority (NPA), Ghana AIDS Commission & others.
He has worked with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), ACCRA, as Head for Project Finance & Compliance Unit where he assisted in the formulation and implementation of specialized programmes like the National Poverty Reduction Programme, UNDP/GOG Micro-Finance programme which sought to develop and sustain the capacities of some selected Micro Finance Institutions (MFIs).
He also liaised with the Government’s focal points (Multilateral & Bilateral Divisions of the Ministry of Finance) on preparation and revisions to country programming budgets and general programme/project implementation.
He is currently a Partner at Kwame Asante & Associates, Chartered Accountants & Management Consultants in Accra. Albert is leading major consultancy services for Accra Metropolitan Assembly (AMA), Adentan Municipal Assembly (AdMA), SSNIT, Ministry of Transport, review of Policies on Fees & Charges for the Lands Commission under a World Bank funding LAP 2. Albert is also a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountant, Ghana.
Albert has extensive experience in the professional practices of auditing, accounting, and taxation.
Mr. Joe Adomako FCCA, MSc
Mr. Adomako has over thirty (30) years working experience. He is an audit professional specialised in providing rich technical and field expertise in respect of audit, accounting and other regulatory issues.
He worked as the Audit Senior for N Ali &Co (Certified Accountants), Surrey (UK) where he prepared and audited accounts of limited companies and dealt with the HMRC on clients’ tax affairs.
Mr. Adomako is the Chairman of the Finance Board, COP-UK where he advises the board of trustees on issues relating accounting and finance and presents the financial report of the charity to its members at general meetings.
Joe also worked as an Audit Senior at Oduro Adiyiah Osei& Co. (Ghana).
He is currently a senior lecturer in accounting at London South Bank University (UK) where he has been working for the past nineteen (19) years. He won the “Prestigious Public Sector Lecturer of the year” Awards-2012 at the annual PQ Magazine Awards.

Michael Odonkor, ITIL, Bsc Hons
Michael Odonkor has over 20 years working experience in the information and technology space. He was the Group Head of IT for UT Holdings, where he managed the technology needs of UT’s seven subsidiaries and was the lead infrastructure design expert for all of UT’s networks. He was instrumental in the migration of UT Bank’s software from Finacle to T24
Michael was an IT consultant for Ostec IT, delivering solutions in connectivity, security, communication and infrastructure services for a number of key customers including Unilever Ghana, TIPCEE, Technoserve, AED and BCM.
Michael is the CEO of Ivines Limited, a turnkey technology firm providing IT consulting and implementation services for customers in financial services and other sectors.
Michael was the lead developer for Intercom Data Networks, designing and deploying 802.11 Linux based wireless systems for internet services in Accra and Kumasi, Ghana.
Michael is currently the Head of IT for UT Life, a Leap Frog Investments insurance company in Ghana. He holds a degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering as well as various certificates in business management and IT.

DR. Addo Boafo MD, MBA
Dr. Boafo started his career at Korle-bu Teaching hospital with specialisation in Child Psychiatry. He has many years of experience working in different hospitals in Canada and Ghana.
He is currently an Assistant professor at the Children’s hospital of Eastern Ontario (CHEO), Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. Dr. Boafo also holds an MBA from the University of Leicester.
